About Our Team
Who We Are
richard-review.com is an independent casino review platform focused on the Australian and New Zealand markets. Our editorial team comprises gambling industry professionals, former casino operators, and experienced players who provide honest, data-driven assessments of online casinos.
We are not affiliated with any casino operator. Our reviews are based on real player feedback, independent testing of casino products, and publicly available licensing and regulatory information.
Our Review Methodology
Every casino reviewed on our platform is evaluated across six key dimensions:
- Website Usability: Navigation, mobile performance, load speed, and user experience design
- Reliability: Regulatory standing, operator history, complaint handling, and payment consistency
- Payout Speed: Verified withdrawal processing times across multiple payment methods
- Game Selection: Library size, provider quality, and live casino offering
- Bonus Programme: Welcome offer value, wagering requirements, and ongoing promotional quality
- Customer Support: Availability, response time, and quality of assistance
Ratings are calculated from a weighted combination of our editorial assessment and verified player reviews. Aggregate scores are updated quarterly.
